COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Conflict with the purchase contract (order): In the event that the goods after their delivery to the customer is in conflict with the purchase contract (order), the buyer has the right to sell the goods free of charge to the condition corresponding to the purchase contract, as required the buyer either by exchanging the goods or by repairing it, if such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract. In this case, the money will be returned within 14 days by transfer to the buyer's account. This does not apply if the buyer knew about the conflict with the purchase contract before taking over the thing or caused the conflict with the purchase contract himself.

Complaints of artificial flies: Artificial flies can be complained only if a defect is found at the time of delivery to the customer. Artificial flies cannot be claimed after the hunt is completed!

 


DEFECTS IN GOODS

Remediable: Remediable defects are considered to be such defects where their removal does not affect the appearance of the function and quality of the products and the repair can be carried out properly within a specified period. The period for eliminating the defect may not exceed 30 calendar days, or a longer period agreed between the seller and the buyer. It is up to the seller to assess the nature of the defect.

 


The seller is obliged to return the item to the condition corresponding to the purchase contract free of charge and without undue delay, according to the buyer's request, either by exchanging the item, unless it is disproportionate to the nature of the defect, or by repairing it. If such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price of the item or withdraw from the contract.

Unrecoverable - Defects that are unrecoverable are those that cannot be completely remedied within the specified period and that prevent the product from being used properly. If it is an irreparable defect, the buyer may request:

a) Exchange of goods for other perfect ones

b) Cancellation of the purchase contract (the buyer returns the defective goods and receives back the purchase price).

If there is another irreparable defect on the goods that does not prevent its use, and if the buyer does not consider the exchange of the item, the buyer is entitled to a reasonable discount on the price of the goods or may withdraw from the contract. The buyer has the same rights as in the case of irreparable defects if the goods have the same remediable defect even after the previous two repairs or if there are at least three remediable defects on the goods.

 


COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

In the event that the goods are not delivered in the required quantity, color scale and quality during the purchase, it is necessary to contact the seller, Tomáš Sýkora, with a complaint.

After receiving your e-mail, you will be sent a message about the start of the complaint procedure. A record of the complaint procedure will be made, which will be sent to you in electronic form within 14 days.
