1) You hereby consent to Tomáš Sýkor, with its registered office at U Parku 163/47, Ivančice, 664 91, Company Identification Number 87473801 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "the Regulation"), processed the following personal data:

• name and surname
• e-mail adress
• telephone number
• billing address
• delivery address
• order history

2) The above personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

• setting up and administering a user account
• offering a more convenient shopping experience

3) You grant consent for processing for a period of 5 years for the purpose of:

• setting up and administering a user account, unless you extend this period. The extension occurs by active use of the user account, ie every time you log in to the user account
• offering a more convenient shopping experience

4) The processing of personal data is performed by the Personal Data Administrator, however, the following processors may also process personal data:

• Provider of the Eshop-rychle service, operated by Golemos s.r.o., with its registered office at Zátkovo nábřeží 448/73, 370 01, České Budějovice
• Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

5) Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

6) Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending a letter, email requesting removal.

7) Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

• take consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in the removal of user registration from the database, including related personal data
• request information from the Administrator about your personal data
• request from the Administrator access to your processed personal data and request a copy of them
• for automatically processed personal data on their portability
• have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or request restrictions on their processing
• require the company to delete your personal data, unless it is personal data that the Administrator is obliged or authorized to further process in accordance with applicable law
• effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of this Regulation
